It boasts a beautiful modern country kitchen, a dedicated private cinema room, and offers amazing views across the Herefordshire countryside. This detached property provides guests with a comfortable and elegant base from which to enjoy the stunning county.
The large, enclosed rear garden is perfect for relaxation and recreation, featuring a vast lawned area for ball games and a patio area with private garden furniture and a BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining.
We offer ample private parking for up to 10 cars located conveniently at the rear of the property. For ease of access, the house features two separate entrances (one in and one out).

For guests who enjoy the outdoors, you couldn’t ask for a better location. You are perfectly placed to enjoy stunning walks along the Offa’s Dyke Path on the Welsh Borders, or to try exhilarating activities like canoeing on the River Wye or even helicopter rides from Shobdon. For keen anglers, Docklow Pools is right at the end of the lane, offering nine established fishing lakes for carp and catfish, along with a wonderful spot for lunch.
The area is also rich in heritage and family fun. Guests can visit grand National Heritage properties nearby, such as the elegant Berrington Hall or the impressive Stokesay Castle. For those with younger children, a trip to the popular Gruffalo Trail at Queenwood Country Park is a must-do.

30 Acres of Adventure: At the bottom of the garden, you’ll find 30 acres of private woods and spinneys. It’s a dream for den-building, hide-and-seek, or a family woodland walk.
The Owl Trail: A 1.8-mile trail right on-site. Follow the path and see if the children can spot the hidden owls in the trees.
Wildlife & Residents: Watch out for local muntjac deer and visit our resident family of pigs, Del-boy, Rodney, and Uncle Albert, in the local paddocks.
