One Bed Room Detached Log Cabin – Severn and Teme.
In 2012, we introduced two new detached log cabins situated by the Moby Dick pool called “Teme” and “Severn” which are named after local rivers of course.
Identical to Arrow lodge, “Teme” has a wooden floor throughout, “Severn” is carpeted.
Both have full kitchen, with usual cooking facilities – gas cooker, microwave, fridge. Large television. Separate bedroom with kingsize bed, and en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
The lodges are nicely furnished inside and have all the Premier property benefits with the advantage that your pet can enjoy too! Bring your furry friend and make your stay at Docklow a trip to remember!
Severn and Teme are both close to the Moby Dick lakes with their own parking and lock ups.
Farmhouse is a great choice for two or three people looking to enjoy comfortable surroundings, great fishing and a hearty breakfast served for you each morning. The perfect choice for guests looking to avoid cooking!

We have two main styles of property here at Docklow Pools. Both are clean, smartly furnished, great locations & great value. The key main differences between Premier and Traditional, is Premier are new build lodges mostly down by the lakes, whereas Traditional they are mostly barn conversion cottages by the facilities.
Both cottages are beautiful and described by some as our very best cottages. Wind in the Willows and Mr Crabtrees are identical cottages next door to each other. Guests looking for quality comfortable accommodation for 2 people need look no further….
Looking for a bungalow, close to all the facilities, yet with a great country view? Then maybe Gable End & Jim’s Retreat are your answer. Each bungalow backs the tennis court and has magnificent views across
open countryside.
With an extremely large lounge and open plan kitchen, the finest two-bedroom properties are in the courtyard at Docklow Pools. Popular choices as they are available on a short break (min 3 nights) and weekly options too. These options allow all male parties.
Juniper Lodge (Bungalow) – this is a new property here at Docklow Pools. Juniper is a spacious two bedroom bungalow near the courtyard, in fact the very first property as you enter into the village.
Back in the late 70’s, these cottages were the first to be converted from barns into cottages here at Docklow. They also offer lots of charm and character. Set in a 17th century converted barn, they feel like country cottages, with oak beams and stone walls.
Hillside is a comfortable bungalow tucked away in
a small mews, at the side of the hill. That said it’s completely flat area so don’t worry with about any hiking!
Poolside, is a very comfortable cottage set in a 17th century converted barn with original oak beams throughout. Described in our “Traditional” range, it is a favourites amongst some of the staff who work at Docklow. It boast lots of country character which is very popular when in the countryside.
“Can I bring my dog with me to Docklow?”… “Yes, we have 4 specific places where you can bring your best friend too”. Our only caveats are, we don’t accept yappy animals, in peaceful surrounding you can
appreciate why. Also, no aggressive breeds. And dogs must be kept on a lead around the lakes and facilities.

Service was brilliant 👏 kPosted on Christian WolstencroftTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stayed in one of the fisher-cabins. The owner of the complex, Jonathan, i found to be ever willing to help and assist with any queries or requests directly, taking ownership and ensuring all your needs were catered for. Also the staff were friendly and supportive and very approachable. The cabin itself was extremely clean and well presented. The décor is a little dated, but in keeping with the beautiful surroundings Docklow Pools presents. The cabin was lovely and a home from home. Just a couple of niggles: 1. No internet. The complex is on a geographical dip. I could only find ONE BAR on the Three network. The main complex is serviced by a Starlink satellite internet service, but the area where my cabin was, like i say, of the four UK mobile networks, only Three had a service of just one bar. Jonathan was supportive.. he explained that a lot of their customers are men who want to go fishing on be 'off-grid' and 'not contactable'. While i understand that, in today's world one can always turn their phone off - and let their spouse/family know they will be doing this.. so i see no real reason for not supplying an internet connection to the cabins - it was a real pain in the rear for me as i had planned to do some work/study over my stay. Jonathan again kindly offered me an office in the main complex, but that just have worked as lugging all my paraphernalia there and back most days would be unrealistic. In the end i had to purchase (on the advise of someone Jonathan put me in touch with) a router which takes a sim card with screw on antennas. I then had to take out an unlimited data sim contract with Three. Just annoying to have to do in this day and age. 2. Freeview only There was an old Skybox, but the card wasn't recognised and you could only access the free channels. In the end i had to run a HDMI from my laptop, which was connected to the router, to access other channels. Highly recommend Docklow Pools.. great staff, location, accommodation and food... just behind on technology..Posted on Anthony WhitehornTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great pub on site with equally great food. The fishing isn't too bad either. Major bill is the speci lake with fish up to upper 30s and maybe a 40 swimming around. Few other lakes for the pleasure angler. Never really have a bad day's fishing, if there is such a thing.Posted on Clare BrownTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
