Our core business is pleasure fishing but of course we do, run club and matches taking advantage of our superb fishery. Occasional club matches weekends only (never week days) on Farmer Jack & Match Lakes. Check with shop for bookings. (Does not affect Day tickets). April to end of September:

Bit wet but ladies looked and fished brilliantly!Ladies Match – Its an annual match which has been won now by Kelly Bailey from London for the 2nd year in succession. Match has been running since the80′s for all varieties of fishing competence merely to introduce partners to fish. Some are better than others as always. One lady held the world record cat fish until recently (Linda B) and Pamela M fished for England a few years back.

The weather was horrible but that didn’t deter the competitors. Good weights all round and a good 6 hours of fun….oh and a few glasses of Pimms
