Starters

Homemade Tomato & Basil Soup: - Served with a Crusty Roll

Quenelles of Duck & Orange Parfait: - Served with Butter Brioche & Red Onion Marmalade

Warm Fillets of Smoked Mackerel: - Served with Potato & Horseradish Salad, Balsamic Dressing.

Baked brie parcels:- presented on a sweet Cumberland sauce

Chargrilled Chicken Caesar Salad:- accompanied wth mixed salad leaves and toasted croutons

Melon Cocktail:- tossed n a light ginger coulis, crowned with a refreshing lemon sorbet.

Main Course

Traditional roast turkey with homemade stuffing and all the trimmings

Herefordshire roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding

Grilled Fillet of Haddock with parsley crust, creamed potatoes and wholegrain mustard butter.

Mushroom and pepper stroganoff in a creamy brandy sauce

Cajun style pancakes with stir fried vegetables and tikka sauce

All served with freshly steamed vegetables, roast and new potatoes
