The good news is that four of the five Bed and Breakfast rooms have been redecorated this winter ready for the summer season.

They look super, a complete transformation from before. Rooms One to Four all have brand new walk in showers, new beds and decorations. Room 2 is looking special with oak beds and furniture, keeping character of the old farmhouse. Whilst we've gone to a lot of expense, the price of staying a week with us is still less than £30 a night including breakast and VAT for a weekly stay!

All bed rooms now also have freeview TV too, which is another bonus to our guests.

Room 5 is intended to be redecorated later this year, but has a tv too now.

For the keen fisherman the bed and breakfast is ideal. We offer 5 rooms sleeping between two and three. All contain single beds, tea making facilities, and ample wardrobe space.

The B&B rooms all have en-suite bathrooms with shower, toilet, sink basin and shaver light. There is also TV lounge with a large television in our snooker and pool room.

Towells and tea making facilities are provided

Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant at 8.30a.m and ranges from a full english breakfast with tea and toast (you won't be disappointed) to cereals and juice.

For your evening meal just book a table in the restaurant. Food can also be pre ordered in the morning if you want to fish till late.

Rooms 1 & 2 sleep two. Rooms 3, 4 & 5 sleep three. Room 5 has a bath rather than a shower

All rooms are based upon 2 people sharing. A single supplement will be charged if only guest stays on their own in B&B. In off season that will be £50 per week, in spring, summer and autumn that will be £150. As a business we lose on single occupancies. For single occupancy we suggest a cottage maybe like Cosy or Mill, which is perfect

Sheep Pen/Dairy - Lodges are basic, and although they dont have a full kitchen they do offer a microwave and a fridge. Both have freeview tv.The lodges are for 2 people, although a third person can stay at a supplement of £100 per extra. Parking is immediate outside the door. Lock up too.

All accommodation have beds ready made - but please bring personal towels and tea towels.

Accommodation is available by 2 p.m. on day of arrival

You must vacate by 10 a.m. on day of departure
