The Bar boasts a very friendly atmosphere where tales of the one that got away are undoubtedly the topic of conversation!

The bar serves a host of fine wines, spirits and beers at very reasonable prices. Beers include Carling, John Smiths, Worthington, Guinness, Budweiser, Grolsch, Ansells Mild, Rosey cider, Bulmers, Kingstone press and Wye Valley real ales.

The restaurant boasts delicious food cooked to perfection using only local fresh products.

From our menu we offer traditional country meals such as game terrine, cottage pie and liver casserole to more traditional cod and chips, all the cuts of steak you could ever want, mixed grills and some of lifes treats like roast duck, sweet and sour chicken or moules mariniere.

 

We have been complimented many, many times on our food and continue to produce some of the best meals in the area.

Ask the staff for a wine list, we offer a wide range of fine wines to enjoy with your meal.

 The carvery includes local roast beef, Pork lamb and chicken, seasonal vegatables and new and roast potatoes. Our beef is from a local farm in Herefordshire at a village called "Winforton"

Relax in our resident's room and chat with fellow guests.

 

 

We have also have a function room to cater for your private event. The 'Oak Room' holds up to 120 people and is lined with delightful oak beams.

We also use this room for evening entertainment (subject to demand).
